Course Enrollment and Payment

Registration

Course enrollment is subject to availability and eligibility requirements
You must provide accurate personal and contact information
Course seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

Payment Terms

Full course fees must be paid before course commencement
Installment payment plans may be available for selected courses
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or digital payment methods

Refund Policy

Cancellation by Student:

Full refund if cancelled 7 days before course start
50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before course start
No refund if cancelled within 3 days of course start

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

Your Content

You retain ownership of any original work you create during courses. By submitting work for evaluation or showcasing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for educational and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

RedSketch Academy provides educational services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding course outcomes or career success. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Job Placement Assistance

While we provide job placement assistance and career guidance, we cannot guarantee employment. Job placement success depends on various factors including:

Student's performance and skills development
Market conditions and industry demand
Student's willingness to relocate or accept positions
Completion of all course requirements

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

Breach of payment terms
Disruptive behavior affecting other students
Violation of intellectual property rights
Providing false information

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
